“Ideal oazis for family vacation”

Great location and beautiful house just in front of the ocean. Big pool with comfortable relax zone. Well equipped kitchen and dinning area for 7-8 persons. All bedrooms have AC. You have to have a car in order to feel comfortable with supermarkets and surroundings. If you prefer to eat only in restaurants, then you can skip this recommendation (some of them even have delivery service) 5 min by foot to the main road also can solve the issue with taxi/transfer

“Great Zanzibar Villa at beach”

Super friendly and helpful host, the villa was perfect, great bathrooms and bedrooms, great pool, great outdoor area, directly on beach, geniui place to stay at, recommends!

I liked that the owners were very private and did mot disturb us. It was important for us to relax and not be around people talking so that I really liked Our care taker Hidaya, what a gem she was, also our driver Bashir, amazing person, very humble. Looked after us and took us places to see the culture. Amazing experience

“Super nice place for relaxation in Zanzibar!”

the Villa is big enough, with spacious rooms and everything you need. The bedrooms are nice, the common areas are just perfect! But the best thing is the setup outside - a big and shady gazebo, a nice pool, sand, hammocks, everything you need! And the beach is just outside the fence! Also Hidaya (the lovely girl taking care of the house) was super helpful and always there for us!

“Luxurious comfortable beachhouse”

1. The location is very good and in walking distance you can find a lot of restaurants, also the famous il pontile. Sometimes we used the bbq set outside in the garden at the lounge part. 2. In the house there is a waterdepenser so easy to tap water from a 5 liter bottle 3. The internet is good 4. The rooms are comfortable and clean 5. There is a dishwasher, washingmachine and big oven what made our stay more easy 6. There is professional security from 7pm - 7am what makes our stay more safe 7. Good communication with the owner and he replies on time

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, private pool, direct access to the beach, bbq, patio, etc. The property is very taken care of. Location is great to organise excursions on the east side.

“Excellent stay for the whole family”

We loved everything. The owners are very friendly and helpful with information. Hidaya is a nice girl taking care of the house and meals if you want (for a small charge). Dula takes care of the yard and the pool. Kids loved the beach. You can meet locals, also kids playing on the beach. It is a long beach, not touristy at all. Locals try to sell you souvenirs and excursions.

“We had an amazing time”

Lovely spacious villa with large pool and outdoor seating area with BBQ facility. The 5 rooms are big and bathrooms modern and clean (3 bathrooms in total). Washing machine and outside line to keep on top of laundry. Except for the lovely villa, the white sandy beach and palm trees are beautiful and the area very peaceful. The kind owner gave us the details of a very reliable taxi driver who knows exactly where to find what in the little town. We will definitely return to the Magic Villa !
