The staff were just lovely, and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable. Really enjoyed a few relaxing days in a lovely place. Felt like a welcome and valued guest. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean bed linen, our own pool. Attractive shared pool area with restaurant and sunbeds. Small beach close by with relaxed little bar.

The staff were excellent. Carol, Daniel, Fatima, the cleaning staff were always fantastic. Also the villa was great for a small family with everything you might need. Pools were excellent, clean and well-maintained. Proximity to the beach was very good.

The villa was excellent, fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean and spacious, I was there as a solo traveller and felt very safe. Very close to the beautiful Kiwengwa beach. Carol is the best host, even coming to the supermarket with me and paid for my shopping until I could get local currency. Nothing was too much trouble and the cook and housekeeper were a welcome bonus. I highly recommend CDM Villas.

Carol is an outstanding host—warm, incredibly helpful, and almost always available online. She explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to assist us with extra arrangements, such as booking a taxi, recommending great restaurants and shops, organizing excursions, and arranging additional services. She truly took care of us like a local. The house itself was stunning—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was immaculate, and the beautiful garden provided a lovely setting for outdoor dining. An absolutely breathtaking place! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean and safe. The comfortable setting of the villa was exceptionally more than I expected. Their driver was super patient and kind throughout. Very private home but knowing that I had lovely neighbours around gave me the utmost peace of mind and their security system was great. Couldn't split myself between the pool and the beach as both were fantastic to recharge after a long day out on excursions. I really loved the rustic but modern vibe of the villa. The host Carol was always available and attentive. Overall I'm happy to have found this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon!

The property was spotless with nice linen and towels. It is as the photos show. A very relaxing environment with a lovely pool and patio. It was well located, only a short walk to a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants. It was very safe with very good security.

Safety was clearly a priority here. What truly set this place apart, however, was the host’s warmth and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, offering thoughtful recommendations and being readily available whenever needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and I’m so grateful for it. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and safe escape with an exceptional host. “Top services!”

Everything was great. I asked for my son where to rent the Play Station and after a few hours they brought one with some games. What can I say, insane! Top cleaning, cozy villa, nice pool and private beach.

Carol is an amazing host! She greeted us with a warm welcome and handed over the keys at check-in, always making sure we had everything we needed. Anytime we had a question or needed a tip for exploring Kiwengwa, she was quick to respond. The place itself? Super clean, peaceful, and cozy—plus, it's just a 2-minute walk to the beach! Honestly, I wish I had booked more than just a weekend. It’s a solid 10/10 from me!

With this review we want to emphasize first of all that the pleasure of a stay does not only depend on how the facility is, but above all on the services around it. My husband and I found the services superlative both for the availability of the host and for the commitment with which she fulfilled our wishes. Our flight arrived 6 hours late and we checked in at 1am and despite everything Madam Caroline was there waiting for us to give us the keys and provide us with all the necessary information. The following days she booked bicycles, excursions, taxis and made sure that our stay was unforgettable and so it was. We recommend this structure to everyone. The beach is a few steps from the villa and the compound is really beautiful, safe and quite. Thanks again for everything.

The location is just few steps from the beach and Vera ideal for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. There are good Restaurants and small shops nearby also great for the beach sports. The villa is clean and the host Caroline is very attentive. My partner and i wäre happy to get the privacy and the chill that we needed plus a professionall Massage booked to our villa in between Was super!!!!i will recommend this property any time.
