Beautiful setting, quiet, all the amenities you need including washing machines and cooking facilities. Andreas was a lovely host and we would definitely book again! If you’re looking for a taste of rural Cyprus, this is definitely the place for you. The WiFi was superb!

Noah House is a very unique accommodation! This converted boat with a special charm in a very quiet and rural environment offers all that you need for a self-catering holiday. It is surely not a luxury appartment, but it is excellent value for money. With a rental car you can explore the island with less than an hours drive to Limassol, Troodos, Nikosia or Agia Napa and less than 15 minutes to Larnaca. Andreas is a very friendly and helpful host. I hope to return to this outstanding place some time!

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay. The "boat" had everything we needed. The situation was lovely and peaceful. The owner was pleasant and helpful and didn't bother us. Very nice change from the tourist places

Andreas is very kind and accomodating. He picked me up at the airport in Larnaca in the middle of the night for 25 euros, and the next day took me to the best grocery store in the area for 10 euros. I didn´t want to rent a car immediately, and especially, I didn´t want to drive there myself in the middle of the night, which was a good decision. When I finally did rent a car I had a lot of fun exploring the island coastline and the mountains. But I was very content just staying in Paradise Garden, petting the cats, cooking my own food and sunbathing. It was a very relaxing vacation with much variation in the weather and a premature experience of spring, with beautiful flowers, birdsong and warmth from the sun. Just what I was looking for. The company of the cats and the beautiful views made it very special for me.

Andreas was really helpful and he is such a nice warm hearted person. The boat house is simple but good for the price and the place is really a paradise. Perfect to enjoy relaxing breakfast in beautiful silent nature. The cats are super lovely!

Andreas was very kind and helpful on arrival (in the middle of the night!) and with his generosity and hospitality. It is a beautiful setting between the mountains and the sea if you want some peace but with good access to other places if you have a car. Clear sky for stargazing. . Plenty of space. Feels safe. Off grid but good wifi. Local quiet beach and kitesurfing beach. Very clean water, perfect temperature.

The Owner Andreas is very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay there. It's a mixture of adventure camping, jungle camp and nature pure with 4 cats visiting you from time to time ;-). You need definiteley a car to stay there, because it's a little bit outside of every village or beach.

It’s comfy with good location and most importantly - away of noise and pollution. Being so close both to nature and to big city (Larnaca) is so great!

We really liked our stay. We wanted to be a little bit outside from the action and to explore the surroundings, so for us it was a good location. We also liked the fact, that we were sleeping in a Andreas boat in which he used to travel a lot. And we had some really nice figs from the trees there and enjoyed our time with the owners cats! We would go there again :)

All was very good. The location of the little house is in the middle of a field and all is very quiet. You are directly out in nature with a direct view to the mediterranian sea. It could not be better.
