Situated only 25 metres from Kivik Beach, this property offers individually decorated rooms with modern décor. The Skåne Hiking Trail is just outside the building. “Great”
I liked everything about this place. The room were charming (1930's ish) with many fun original details. The location couldn't be better and the staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, they served the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, with a great variety of fresh food.

Very smart little hotel in a nice location across the road from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. We had an excellent evening meal and a good breakfast.

we had a very small uncomfortable Rom (no 10). Apart from that everything was excellent. guests should avoid this room. we have visited Kivikstrand Badhotel several times and have been very happy with the other Roms that we have had.

“Excellent weekend stay.”
Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront, with very short distance to the seaside restaurants. Parking is available nearby. Rooms are comfy and the bathroom is modern, including rain shower and toiletries. The patio is great for a coffee or beer in the evening.
