Overview
This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Guests can relax in the on-site spa for a fee. Kiviks Hotell’s simply decorated rooms feature a TV and a bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Rooms are either in the main building or garden annexes. “An old pearl in Kivik”
Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)

Beautiful hotel in a quiet setting. Views to the sea are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Because there were few guests staying, we were upgraded to a better room, which was amazing. Breakfast was good, with everything you would need to get your day started.
