We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kitzbühel. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well maintained — everything was perfectly clean and organized, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The location is excellent: very close to the gondola, which is ideal for skiing, and only a few minutes by car to the city center. It offers the perfect balance between convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The owners were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly created a warm, homely feeling that made the experience even more special. The breakfast was lovely — fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. Overall, it was a genuine home-like atmosphere, and we would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kitzbühel. We would definitely love to come back!

Our room was described as a studio but it felt more like a one bedroom apartment, just the sleeping area is separated from the living space by a curtain rather than a door . Beautifully decorated, felt like home. Kitchenette was well equipped, lovely bathroom. Hosts are delightful and very accommodating. Location excellent with a car but I also noticed a bus stop right outside. Will definitely return
