The host and hostess's welcome was warm and friendly, very welcoming! Our bedroom was nicely decorated, very comfortable and spacious. We were given a great breakfast. The location of the pension is superb - five minutes' walk into Kitzbuhel centre and in a very quiet, safe area. The room, the building, the location were all great and the host and hostess were exceptionally kind and pleasant.

Lovely location in a quiet part of town. Good walking from the front door out to Lake Schwarzee and the surrounding meadows. Excellent hosts who were very helpful. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

A small and charming family-run place with a lovely vintage vibe, just a 2-minute walk from the city center. Adrian, the hotel owner, and his wife are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Charming guesthouse in a convenient and peaceful location. Our hosts were very friendly and made my son and I feel right at home from the first minutes. Tasty breakfast!

Best part is Adrian and Tanja being the best hosts ever. Would come back there for sure. Plus: comfy bed, very good shower, walking distance to anything, and awesome breakfast.

Incredibly helpful host in Adrian who made sure everything was perfect for us and provided advice and a skibus (although walk is easy too if leave skis in depot).

“Cosy family owned place”

Family owned pension, they were super friendly and attentive. Located in a very quiet part of the town. Approximately 500m away to city center and 1km away to Hannenkamm Bahn. If you do not want to walk the skibus stop is very close. Breakfast is more than enough and delicious.

“An excelent unforgettable winter holiday”

The pension is close to the city Center, in a quiet place near a parc. It has an easy accessible parking plot, nice view from the room, easy access to ski depot. The bath room has a large tube. But the best “ asset” of this pension is the couple Adrian and Tania. They have an outstanding sense of hospitality , good humour, dedication to the job, good feeling how to organise things in the very small detail. The atmosphere is really family like and open to an international audience. Adrian and Tania are ready to give to their clients much more than the correct attitude met in the large hospitality organisations. They made us an excellent holiday.

Amazing hosts who were incredibly attentive and made you feel at home from the moment you arrived! Very comfy beds, compact (but the enough space) sized rooms. A ~10 walk to the ski lifts.

Shoe dryer was always on at the morning. Very hospitable hosts. Good price for Kitzbuhel.
