Nicely furnished and well thought out place. Plenty of room and felt like home from home. Oliver was a fantastic host, on hand with whatever you needed. Location is great for town and the gondola.

Very nice apartement, spotless clean , modern with all equipment you need . Skibus just outside but not far to walk to the Hannenkam lift.

“Great apartment in a fab location”

Great location, situated right on the edge of the old town (just a few mins walk to the main strip) and very walkable to the gondola or there's a bus stop right outside if preferred. The apartment itself was perfect for a family or group of friends. Nice open sociable area and decent sized rooms (with a huge bathroom!) Oliver was on hand to answer questions and was really helpful and accommodating.

“Amazing Apartment in Kitzbuhel”

The apartment is fantastic. It has a great size for a family of four, impeccably clean, nicely decorated and organized, with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our days in this accommodation. It is also very well located in the center of the village, within a pleasant short walk to the ski lift through the historic center. The building has a ski storage area at the entrance, but we chose to rent a depot at the base of the lift, which was very convenient. There is also a bakery next door with very good products, open early in the morning, which was perfect for having fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. The supermarkets are also very close. Oliver was a very kind and helpful host. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. Just as constructive feedback, I think the living room lighting would benefit from a floor lamp with softer, warmer indirect light 🙂

“Fantastic accommodation in a great location for a ski holiday in Kitzbuhel”

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and lives next door and so was available for any assistance we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. A really nice place to spend time with friends after a day on the slopes. The location was very convenient - less than 10 minutes walk through the very nice centre of Kitzbuhel to the Hahnenkamm gondola. We took lockers at the gondola so left our skis there, so it was a pleasant walk.

It's a beautiful, newly refurbished apartment. In the centre and you don't need a car when you get there. Bed was amazing with very comfortable mattress. Host was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Thinking about coming back.
