Nice location. 10 min walk to city center and nice and easy car connection. Comfortable. Good logistics for skills. Parking available and convenient. Modern and fairly new furniture and equipment. Well equipped kitchen. Large terrace.

“Lovey stay in Kitzbuhel”
Lovely and modern apartment, walking distance to the town. It had everything we needed ☺️ I think if guests are staying more than 3 days (we stayed 5), there should be a change of linen / towels. But easy to find, easy check in and we were overall happy ☺️

Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet, warm, 5mins walk to train station (main gondola stop takes 2 mins on the train) 10min walk to the town

Very good apartment with good facilities to easily leave skis and boots etc. Great shower which was nice after a day on the slopes. 5 min walk to train station or 15 minute walk to Horn lift. Supermarket 5 minute walk.

Excellent apartment very well equipped. Great location near the station. The high-quality double glazing meant we had peace and quiet at all times of the day and night. We could only hear silence and enjoy our stay.

“Perfect in every way.”
The apartment was spotlessly clean and was like home from home. Bed comfortable. Nice and quiet. 15 minute walk to ski hire shop and lift up to mountain top. Everything you needed was there - brand new condition. Hosts were understanding

“Comfortable stay”
Well furnished, great beds, very nice bathroom, free parking. This place was very complete and comfortable. Not far from the center, public transport and the road network. Ski room below in the building. The Checkin and checkout were great.

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Good location with an easy walk to the Hahnenkamm in about 15 minutes. 5 mins walk from the Banhoff station. Supermarkets close by. Highly recommend 👌

“Perfect Apartment for a week's skiing”
Great location, 15 minute walk to the lift and 5-10 mins to centre of town. Supermarket close by, very quiet at night. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, good storage and good equipment. Would definitely come back

“Excellent”
The appartment was very clean. We could left the bicycles in the special room as well as bicycle holder for car. We recieved the discount for all chair-lifts in the area.
