Hotel Weisses Roessl located directly at the entrance to the medieval old town, it is only a few steps to the exclusive boutiques, cosy cafés and first-class restaurants. The Hahnenkamm lift is also close by and takes you safely and comfortably to the surrounding mountains. The finest natural stone, robust oak wood and galvanised stainless steel are the ingredients of our cosy atmosphere. Our Zuma Restaurant Kitzbühel offer its guests Japanese cuisine at the highest quality level. This is located on the ground floor of our main building. Zuma cuisine consists essentially of three different components: The main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the Sushi Bar and the Robata Grill. This is your place of relaxation far from the hustle and bustle. In every room there is a carefully selected mix of luxury and unpretentious elegance. It´s just as you would expect from a member of "The Leading Hotels of the World".

Cannot regulate heating in rooms, hotel staff recomends "opening window", window leads to street where there is a lot of noise from people/bars/restaurants. There is also a lot of noise comming from hallway from other guestes and restaurant. Very uncofortable to sleep. Had to leave one day earlier than expected and did not offer refund.

“This property only opens for the winter season (4 months a year) and it shows. Everything is expensive and it feels like”

“The worst hotel in Kitzbuhel”
The worst hotel in Kitzbuhel. The room did not look like the pictures. It was a dark little hole that opened onto a concrete wall about a metre from the door. The hotel had no proper lobby to sit out in the evenings. Breakfast was incredibly marginal and of poor quality: wilted vegetables and mouldy fruit. The pancakes were dry and tasteless. Nothing in the omelette although we asked for mushrooms. The manager argued loudly with his subordinate in front of us during breakfast that his shirt smelt. The manager at the reception was disrespectful, raised his voice when we pointed out that the website did not show the amount for the dog, to which he said first 30 euros and then 40 euros. The room service is a joke, hardly any food, an empty salad was 18 euro and they asked for another 20 euro because it was brought to the room so 38 euro for a small salad. I would not recommend it to anyone, I am sorry I did not read the reviews but I thought Kitzbühel had a high standard in general but unfortunately not. This hotel, especially the hotel management is below criticism. It is very sad that people's planned holidays are so carelessly disregarded.

Service was very thoughtful. All the staff was ready to assist and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Hotel location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Jr Suite was big and confortable.
