Top value for money. Small family hotel making you feel like home. Location is very convenient as it is very close to town. Home made breakfast includes all one needs before a demanding day on the mountain. We wish they had a restaurant for dinner in the hotel so we could spend even more time in.

Ww loved staying here. It was close to the town (10min walk) but without the high price tag. We were warmly welcomed and felt so comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. A charming terrace offers the perfect spot to relax, and the location is ideal—just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the center. Klaus and Betina are wonderful hosts who make you feel truly welcome. The food is perfectly prepared, the pool is crystal-clear, and you can enjoy swimming to soft background music. For those who love to unwind, there’s also a sauna available.

Great and smartly chosen location, just a short walk from bus stops that take you to both ski resorts. The accommodation feels very comfortable. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. You can easily walk to the center of Kitzbühel, which makes everything even more convenient

All facilities were nice and well kept. Ski room very useful to get things dry and liked the sauna!

The Garni is very comfortable and in a convenient location with reserved parking . Can take the bus into Kitz centre or also walk but it is not so short. Car park at the bottom of the Hahnemkamm lift is easy to reach by car but is not free.

Well organized guesthouse. Comfortable rooms, good pool and sauna, good breakfast, comfortable ski room.

A wonderful stay! Very comfortable room and a great breakfast. The owners were very welcoming and I particularly enjoyed the fact that they made me my own pot of decaf coffee in the morning :). The pool was very relaxing. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre but a bus stops just around the corner. My daughter enjoyed the pillow especially!
