Overview
Set in the mountains above Kitzbühel, 300 metres from the Bichlalm Ski Lift with ski-to-door access, Hof Hamoos offers a self-catered apartment with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Homemade products like eggs, milk and jam can be purchased on site, and breads can be delivered to you each morning on request. The apartment contains a balcony with views of the mountains. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a large garden on site, where barbecue facilities can be found. Free private parking is possible at the property as well. A ski storage room with ski boot dryer can be used free of charge. The closest restaurant is 500 metres from Hof Hamoos. The centre of Kitzbühel with shops, bars and restaurants is 6 km away. Hahnenkamm Cable Car, and ski trails are within the same distance. The property is an ideal starting point for ski tours and hiking trails start directly on the doorstep.

“Amazing and peaceful surroundings that offers comfort and calm.”
The place is located on a very peaceful hilltop, surrounded by only nature only 10min away from the main village. Perfect gateway for families with small children. The owners are very friendly. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back next year with our children.

Beautiful view, very cosy place, well maintained, hosts very helpful and welcoming. The appartment is warm (winter), well equipped, there is everything you may need- kitchen allows for cooking, there was tee and coffe capsules available, salt, oil. We also received very nice welcome gift- fresh fruits and could get fresh milk and rolls every morning.

“Wonderful accommodation in the Austrian Alps”
Hof Hamoos is the perfect place to stay in the beautiful Kitzbuhel area. The apartment is lovely and spacious with stunning views from the large balconies at both front and back of the property. It is really comfortable, clean and well equipped and just a few minutes from the nearest chairlift. The hosts are very friendly and kind and we felt thoroughly refreshed after our 4 night stay in this peaceful, rural setting. Thanks so much and hope to see you again soon!

The location and view were absolutely amazing. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly welcoming and kind. Helga was very helpful and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. The house is also well-equipped for children, with plenty of toys to keep them entertained — which was a fantastic bonus for our family.

It was amazing stay in Tirol, the best accomodation with the best mountains views and very kind owners. We enjoyed everything - cosy apartment which consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, WC and balcony with amazing view. There is privat parking space, place for ski boots storage. This alpen chalet is situated on the hill and gives panoramic view to whole Kitzbuhel valey. You need only 10 mins to move to city center. The route is clean even during snow fall. "The cherry on the cake" these are animals which live in the same area, real alpen cows, goats and very friendly cat) This is best choice if you like nature, mountains, animals and simply cosy country house. Thank you very much for super alpen vacation.

The apartment is very clean, has a lot of equipment, the furniture is beautiful. The view from the balcony of the surrounding mountains is amazing and incredible. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. The nature surrounding the apartment is incredibly beautiful. We spent a wonderful vacation there and we are really delighted! We would recommend this apartment to everyone!

“A wonderfull and pleasent stay!”
The location is amazing. A marvelous view of the valley below and towering pieks that overshaduw them. The night sky is amazing, we were able to see the milkyway and shooting stars! The host is very friendly and helpfull. I can highly recommend anyone to visit this accomodation!
