Breakfast was the best. We were not sure about staying in a Bed and Breakfast but it worked out perfectly, such a great choice of fresh items every morning. Elfie was amazing, always on hand if we had a query, took us to the ski lifts every day and took us to the train on our last day even though it was right in the middle of breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. It also snowed all week which was the icing on the cake!

The city center was very close, the bathroom was large and clean, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were incredibly kind. We received a great breakfast and directions to our planned destination. The sound of the nearby train traffic does not enter the house. There is an outdoor pool, covered parking, great restaurants in the city located between the beautiful mountains, which is an excellent travel destination even in summer.

What an amazing experience. The owners were lovely, made some great breakfasts, everything was clean and quiet. They even drove us to the bottom of the mountain at the beginning of the day. Cannot beat the service.

Super comfy beds, warm room with great bathroom. Amazing inclusive breakfast with home made bread! Can walk to 2 nearby ski lifts and also a courtesy shuttle service offered by the lovely owners.

Parking was good - clearly signed and private next to property. Check-in was prompt and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The hair dryer stopped working but the hostess replaced it. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food, plus the hostess cooked eggs and bacon.

The house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian beauty - with a cosy and homely setting. It’s location is amazing, only a couple minutes walk into town which is handy. On top of that, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect stay in Kitzbuhel!

Clean, tidy, spacious rooms. Nice, quiet, warm and cosy.

What a lovely, well equipped apartment, bright and clean apartment and Elfi was so welcoming and helpful and offered to run us to the ski lift every day. The apartment is near the main road and railway line but the glazing was excellent and it was quiet inside. It's a short walk into town so location was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The guesthouse was absolutely lovely. Best breakfast ever, warm, cosy, homely and always very comfortable. We loved the hosts, super people, passionate about their business. Beautiful town, was really a memorable visit. Thank you for making it extra special in every way!
