The apartment came really well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable holiday. It was a casual walking distance from the ski lift and the city centre making it a great spot for a ski holiday.

The accommodation was approximately a comfortable 15 minute walk into the centre of town. A bus service was available. The accommodation was first class; very spacious; very well appointed and although we didn’t use it at this time of the year, had a lovely garden and patio area exclusively for the accommodation. Ingrid our hostess was wonderful and could not do enough for us.

We stayed at Haus Andrea’s for skiing. Ingrid is most welcoming and helpful and has excellent English. The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and well equipped with access to a charming garden and covered patio. Although on the outskirts of the town there is easy access to good shopping and the ski bus service which is first rate. Highly recommended especially for older couples looking for quiet relaxation and comfort

We absolutely loved staying at Haus Andreas for our skiing trip. We have been to Kitzbuhel many times, but this time tried a new accommodation and Haus Andreas did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again. The facilities were perfect, as we had everything we needed, right down to a range of different flavoured tea in the beautifully clean and fully equipped kitchen. The photographs on the website, somehow do not do the accommodation justice as it is such a beautiful place with all mod cons. The host was amazing. We arrived quite late at night due to travel set backs but this was no problem and any questions we had, were answered and using good English too. We were made to feel welcome throughout our stay and even on check-out day, we were allowed to leave our bags whilst we had a full day of skiing and were able to shower and change at the end of the day before we caught our train. Wow, thank you so much.

Haus Andreas was absolutely perfect for a ski trip to Kitzbuhel. Location was great - 10 minute walk to the lifts/town centre and plenty of restaurants, shops and other activities. Our host, Ingrid, is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and has created a beautiful space in her home and has thought of every little detail for her guests. We hope to return one day!

The house was amazing, has everything you need, the location is convenient. It is not super close to the lifts but it is a distance you can walk. The host is the best you will find, anything you need she is there to ensure you have a great time. Can't recommend this accommodation more.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, both for tours in Kitzbühel itself, and as a base for a sightseeing trip in Tyrol. The apartment itself is spacious, pleasant, clean, and equipped with everything you need, including a garden. Ingrid, the landlady, is charming, energetic and very nice. “A perfect stay in a beautiful town.”

The host was delightful and the apartment equipped to an extremely high standard. She even brought us lighter duvets as the weather turned very hot. A parking space was provided and a private terrace overlooking the garden. All just a ten-minute walk from the centre of town.
