Overview
Surrounded by meadows, the farm stay the Filzenhof is located 4 km from the city centre of Kitzbühel and a 6-minute drive away from the Hornbahn Cable Car, and offers a deep look into the daily life of a farm, with cows, cats and rabbits. Free WiFi is provided in all apartments and rooms. All units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a bathroom. The apartments also feature a well-equipped kitchenette. Some of the rooms have a balcony with views of the Kitzbüheler Horn and Hahnenkamm mountains. On request and against a surcharge, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning to Filzenhof. A grocery shop is 1.5 km away and a restaurant 2 km, serving traditional Austrian cuisine. Children can help the owner with the farm work. A children’s playground is also available. Guests can use a garden with a barbecue site. A heated ski storage room is provided as well. Lake Schwarzsee is 4 km away as well as the famous Hahenkamm Cable Car. The Kitzbühel Railway Station is a 6-minute drive from the farm stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Kitzbühel. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas, with breathtaking mountain views. It is tastefully decorated in alpine style, with new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfectly clean, and the bathroom was refreshed daily. We especially loved the skylight window with a magical view of the starry sky — a truly special detail. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available. The nearby farm with adorable little calves was a lovely bonus, especially for animal lovers. The ski lift is only about 10 minutes by car, with several free parking options in the ski area. Supermarkets are also close by, making it easy to prepare your own meals. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return again.

Beautifully situated family house. Very nice hosts. Clean large rooms with kitchenette and full cooking equipment. A welcome and farewell gift. A place for skis and ski boots with heaters. Good access by car. A few minutes from the city center and close to several grocery stores. Perfect place. We were very pleased. We will return with joy.

“Nice stay”
The farm is situated on top of a hill, revealing a great view of the picturesque mountains surrounding Kitzbuhel and it was so lovely enjoying breakfast from the balcony surrounded by nature and no buildings around. Rosi is one of the friendliest hosts I've come across - she was incredibly nice to offer us a ride to get food when she found out we'd come with no car, checked in on us when there was a big storm and we were up in the mountain, and dropped us off close to the station on the very last day. The apartment was cosy and very clean, decorated in an Alpine chalet style. We went to Kitzbuhel for hiking and it was convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen to make early morning breakfast/late evening dinners.

“Awesome view from a super clean room”
The room was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking by yourself. Everything was thought through, even a toaster is there ;). The location is a bit remote but everything is just a 10 minute drive away. The view from the room and the balcony is amazing. Also the possibility to store your ski equipment (the shoes are even being warmed up over night) is a nice extra. Most importantly the owners are super nice and kind. We got everything we asked for. We highly recommend this accomodation!

“It has been a gorgeous stay.”
The house was beautiful, located in the picturesque country-side, surrounded by the mountains and fields (excellent walking trails nearby), and at 10 minutes of drive from excellent ski resorts. At night it was quiet and fresh - a perfect relief from a city. The apartment was perfectly clean and new, and very well equipped with all that was necessary. It has been arranged with a lot of taste, and natural materials, pleasant to see and touch. The host has been very kind and welcoming. We were so lucky to find this exceptional place!
