Fantastic apartment, with absolutely everything you need. Host is wonderful, very helpful and always available.

Absolutely great stay. A very comfortable and cozy 2-bedroom for our family, with a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the board games left there. We also used the owners ski rental (with discount). The owner drove us to the ski lift for free, despite us never asking and the place only being 7 minutes away by foot.

We were a family of 4, and we absolutely loved staying at Michael's appartment. It's very central location, near shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Michael is a very attentive host. He arranged to drive us to the ski lift every morning with our ski equipment, a detail every parent will appreciate! We will gladly come back, this place is a gem. Appartment has a washing machine and a dryer, well equipped kitchen. Fridge was full with complimentary drinks on arrival. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you Michael.

“Well-equipped and clean apartment in a perfect location”

The apartment was clean, very well-equipped, and a perfect size for a family of 4 (and a dog). It was in a great location, just a 5 - 10 min walk to the closest lift and town center. The host is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive, and the ski shop below have friendly staff. Having a washer and dryer in the bathroom also helped us a lot. We had a great time there.

The apartment was extremely well located, clean and comfortable. Michael and his staff were amazing, offered to pick us up and drop us to the train station and drove us to the mountain each day and the equipment at his ski hire shop downstairs was exactly what we were after. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!!

Host was very friendly and gave us a lift to the slopes most mornings, even though it was only a 5 minute walk. Apartment was very nice, super warm, and in a very central location to everything. There were some beers and wine waiting for us in the fridge which is always nice, as well as coffee and the bathrooms were fully equipped with all toiletries.

Location. Lots of nice touches

Super location right at the centre of Kitzbühel. Very good amenities, i.e. kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer. Very spacious. Nice decor. Convenient parking space!

The apartment is well designed and equipped. Perfect for a family. The location is very convenient for the slopes - we had a wonderful week of stress-free skiing and fun apres-ski. Michael was an excellent host.

Everything but most of all the fantastic service

“Great place and great value!”

I’ve been coming to Kitzbuhel for 20 years and we’ve been bringing our children every year for the past 5 years. This is easily the best place we have stayed. The location is fantastic (we could walk the kids to ski school in the morning in 5 mins, every restaurant was about a 5 min walk, grocery stores, bakeries, etc all 5 mins or less). The ski and boots equipment was down stairs (and much cheaper than other places we have rented from). The flat was clean, lots of natural light, warm! (Almost too warm, but we just turned the heat down) and the beds were comfortable. There is some road noise (just put the shutter down), there is no microwave (bring one of you can’t live without one), no freezer (we didn’t need one), and they have the big fluffy Austrian pillows (it’s Austria) so if that’s not your thing bring your own pillows. Michael himself is easy going and helpful, we were several hours late getting there and he was fine meeting us late on a Sunday night — he even offered to drive us to the ski school. We are definitely renting again for next years half term
