“Great”
The apartament is great, comfortable and in a very good location. We spent such a good time there. It is located close to the trains route but the noise was not a problem for us. Thank you, we will come back for sure :)

“Great location, modern, clean and comfortable apartment in fantastic Kitzbuhel.”
Well located and comfortable apartment. Before arriving I had two slight concerns about 1) the railway noise, 2) size of the kitchen/lounge and lack of a sofa. Neither of these concerns were issues at all when we arrived, the trains are infrequent and relatively quiet and even interesting to see, the lounge was comfortable for 4 adults and the seats around the table were actually very comfortable for lounging around on. There is a storage room and ski locker for the apartment on the ground floor which is very useful. Apartment is just fitted out and very modern and clean. The apartment is on the edge of town near the Hornbahn gondola station, and literally a 5minute stroll into the heart of Kitzbuhel

Very clean with everything you need provided unless you want a sofa. This is shown though in images and description and we didn’t find it a problem at all. Wonderful balcony and the trains are not much of a problem as not many go through of a night and earplugs provided.
