Lovely people that looked after us during our stay. Breakfast and dinner was very good and they were able to arrange activities for us.

We had a very lovely stay. The view is wonderful, very serene and peaceful. I found myself sitting in one of the chairs overlooking the river a lot. What I loved about the place was the luxury of high water pressure in the shower! The place was clean, however keep in mind that you’re in the jungle so you’ll find some ants in your room. The breakfast is basic but okay. Think of an egg, hoppers, coconut pancake and a juice. One day we had a coconut roti and some mushrooms which were very delicious. We booked the rafting through the place and it was a very fun experience despite the dry season. (The river isn’t as high in water) If you’d like to have a relaxing, peaceful and chill place to stay with an amazing view over the river, then this is your place.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Very nice staff, amazing food. They let us stay until 18:00 in the common area until our ride came.

We had a perfect family stay ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The peaceful surroundings made it a wonderful getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. A big thank you to the caretaker, Janith, and the lady there for their kind hospitality and the service.

The room was very spacious, and the shared terrace was gorgeous, overlooking nothing but lush greenery. The complimentary water in the fridge was much appreciated. The wifi worked reliably, and I was able to work remotely without any issues. The area is perfect for outdoor activities such as rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, and hiking. The hotel can help arrange everything for you, which makes planning very easy.

Great family hosting the accomodation. We asked only at 3pm if the bbq fish was possible and they made it deliciously!

Very nice, family-run accommodation with an exceptionally clean and welcoming atmosphere that immediately invites you to relax. The evening before, we were asked what we would like for breakfast, as well as for lunch and dinner – everything was prepared with great attention to detail. We actually made a mistake in our travel schedule and arrived one night early. Nevertheless, we were given a room straight away and welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. The food was absolutely delicious. We also booked a rafting and canoeing tour directly through the hotel. Everything was perfectly organized and well-timed. Payment for the tours is handled directly with the hotel. For the activities, it’s best to wear water shoes or sturdy sandals, a T-shirt and swimwear. No smartphone or valuables are needed, as the guide takes photos and videos, which you can purchase afterwards. A special thanks to Thisaru and the whole team – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a truly lovely stay with wonderful people.

They organised rafting and canyoning for us for a very reasonable price (30USD pp for both) which was excellent. The guide was great and had lots of fun.

On the plus side, the rooms were a good size, reasonably clean and the communal area had seating, fridge, TV and Bluetooth speaker that lead onto a large covered balcony which overlooked the river which was a peaceful and beautiful setting The breakfast was not only warm, but varied and tasty

This stay was a real treat, we loved it. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation is set in beautiful lush surroundings right on the river. The rooms were spacious and common areas very well done. Relaxing on the balcony with the river was just wonderful. Highly recommend this place, the food was so amazing we ate every meal here, they arranged our outings for us, we had so much fun white water rafting, canyoning and abseiling waterfalls and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Swimming in the river was better than any pool.

The view was exceptional. The property was clean and the fridge in the lounge well stocked. We weee able to what’s app the owner and request the type of drinks we wanted. The rafting and canyoning were amazing. All organised and tuk tuk to pick us up at the time we wanted. Flexible- we originally booked for 9.30 but they were happy to make it 11.30 so we could relax in the morning after a long flight the day before. The staff were so helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. After the first breakfast we were asked if we wanted anything in particular the next day. We just had the same but you could easily request more or less of certain foods. We had lunch in a restaurant after the rafting but otherwise ate on the hotel. Was perfect for us and 2 adult children who had their own room and bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel. The balcony was gorgeous.
