Great location, with parking just next to the main door and electricity plugs for the engine heater. Fantastic beds, rarely can I sleep so well in hotels. The owner is very friendly and will go out of her way to make you feel home.

I received such a warm welcome from Henna. She gave me lots of information about the surrounding area. I enjoyed a beautiful hike that starts just around the corner from the accommodation. I visited in wintertime and it was magical. There is a big supermarket and a café/restaurant across the street. The airport is only a 10-minute taxi ride away. Henna was so kind to prebook my taxi. I’ll definitely be back to show friends the magic of Lapland.

It is a lovely guesthouse. Our room was big enough and everything was meticulously clean. There is even a big fridge in the room. The owner was very nice and she was very helpful. She gave us some tips for our visit. If I visit here, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

“Perfect option for first night in Finnish Lapland”

Henna is a fantastic host - and it was lovely to read that the guesthouse has been in her family for generations. She was so so helpful. The guesthouse including our room was as clean as a whistle and felt homey and welcoming. We are really glad we stayed one night in Kittila town rather than going straight to Levi/Sirkka. We'll definiely stay at Golden Goose for a night next time we fly to Finnish Lapland. Also, on Henna's recommendation, we had a Finnish buffet brunch as our first meal in Finland at a cafe-restaurant across the road from the guesthouse. Really delicious, a local gem, and a total bargain for us as we were travelling on a budget.

Henna is such a lovely host and helped us with bus times to the airport and what to do with our day in Kittilä. The beds are very comfy, it's a simple and quiet inn with free coffee, tea and snacks. Close to the bus stop for Levi and the airport and ski paths are neaby
