Everything was perfect. The rooms amazing and excellent decoration. The location was so convenient (5min from the center of Kythnos- walking distance). The host was very polite and helpful. Everything was worth it . I recommend it 10/10

“A perfect place to stay with perfect hosts!”
Anna and Angelos have created a wonderful place to stay on the edge of Chora with a top quality feel to the construction, fixtures & fittings, bedding and decoration. With the renovation only being finished in July 2023, the spacious apartment felt like it was new and spotlessly clean. But more than that, the welcome and service throughout our stay made you feel like valued guests with the apartment being cleaned every other day and water & provisions being topped up. We fell in love with Kythnos and wish to return again in the future, and we will definitely want to stay at Falakis Apartments again. Thank you so much Anna and Angelos for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful decor, perfect distance from the Xora (main village). Ten minutes walk but very quiet for sleeping. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Very clean. Some essentials and treats there for self catering.

In a super convinient location, just 6-7 minutes walking distance from the main town, the appartment was fully equiped with all kitchen and bathroom facilities. Aggelos, the host, was super kind and helpful.

“Lovely apartment run by kind owners”
The owners are very kind and helpful, in fact they came to "rescue us" because we didn't understand how to reach the place. The apartment is new, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. On arrival we found milk, butter, jam, honey, fruit, mineral water, coffee, biscuits etc. The size of the apartment is generous, the bathroom is very comfortable. Cleaniness is meticulous. The main street is at walking distance but at night the area is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place.

“Most enjoyable stay , just perfect”
Both Anna and Aggelos were perfect hosts very welcoming and helpful . Our group of 3 adults stayed in the 2nd floor apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people for 6 nights There is plenty of room ,it was very clean and functional . The location is a 10-15 mins pleasant walk to the centre of the Chora in a quiet location I would strongly recommend this property and a credit to the hosts

Great location very close to Chora (5 minutes walk) and still very quiet in the evening as the music can be really loud coming from the bars in the Chora. Our apartment was very spacious, modern with a great decoration. The host Aggelos is a great professional always available to assist us with recommendations and tips. Overall, our experience was really positive and this property is highly recommended.
