“Absolutely perfect !”
Absolutely everything perfect. From the more than excellent cleaning, to the attention and kindness of Nadya, the owner. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. The main street is only 2 minutes away. The beaches are very close. Both my wife and my daughter and I have felt at home. Thanks again for everything. Without a doubt this will be our place for our return to Kiten.

“Welcoming host - beautiful decoration for newly married couple”
We liked everything ! The apartment was prepared as per our instructions for very close friends of ours - they were just married ,and the lady in the reception did everything in her power to make their stay as memorable as possible - added flowers ,bottle of wine ,balloons . She’s just amazing and we truly thank her !

Nadya (the host) was amazing - so approachable and dedicated to making our stay in Diamond Kiten the best it could be. The studious were spacious and provided with all the necessary items. Hygiene on the highest level. too. The balcony was such a bonus especially if you are a sunset/ sunrise lover.

Super clean, good sized appartment, decorated with good taste in every detail. Although central location, close to shops, restaurants and beaches, it is also very quite. Amazing host and helpfull staff. I highly recommend this accomodation.

“Perfect location and lovely host”
The host Nadia was the most kind person on the world. We arrived earlier and we asked if we can park our car on the property parking and it wasn’t a problem for her. She even gave us the names of a few nice restaurants where we can go and have lunch until our room is ready. The room was prepared lovely, swans from towers on the bed and sea shells decorations around. We had two terraces and both of them had a sea view. The property is located in the perfect spot close to the most busy street where are all the restaurants but still far away to not be disturbed from the noise. It’s 5 minutes walking distance from Kiten’s south beach.

It was our first time in Bulgaria and we had great time there, accommodation very good and bulgarians are nice and helpful people. When we arrived at the Hotel our apartment was nicely prepared for us and the owners themselves are always there for you in case you need something.

“One of the best hotels in Kiten”
Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice view from the upper floors and the rooftop terrace, which is accessible by everyone. WiFi coverage was very good throughout the property.

“Successful vacation”
Everything was perfect. The room was very large and very clean. The city is not that big so the beach is close. There are many interesting beaches nearby.There are many restaurants with good food and many souvenir shops where you can buy a lot of ineresting things.

“Central modern hotel and nice staff with quiet garden”
The hotel was centrally located and had a nice quiet garden. Staff were very friendly. Hotel room was modern with good air conditioning and wifi.
