Location is good, just in between Kitchener and Waterloo, and close to railway station, Tram station is in couple of minutes.

The decor and furnishings were great. The condo had everything you needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious... Even a walk-in closet. It was clean and the views from the 19th floor were absolutely amazing. Upgrade your room to a city view! It's so worth it. The sunrise and sunsets were awesome. And the view of downtown Kitchener, King Street, and the Google building can't be beat.The security of the building and ease of check-in with the concierge was nice. I love that pets are allowed! To be honest it was one of the best stays I've had in a while. I plan to return because I often need a few days away with my dog on a regular basis. I just hope I can have the exact same unit every time. Because it was perfection. A home away from home.

The place is modern, including the furniture used in the entire apartment. Our room was facing the sun, so it was super bright and airy during the day.

Second time staying at this location. two different suites. both were exceptionally clean and the location is great to everything downtown Kitchener. Easy access to Waterloo as well. Ample underground parking.
