The buffet was fantastic and varied. The hotel location was incredible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming, even though we did not speak Japanese. There was lots of assistance with rental gear for a family of first-time skiiers and snowboarders.

Great location for skiing for beginners and intermediate levels. Marshmallows roasting in the foyer every afternoon. Friendly staff and easy ski gear rental.

Beautiful surroundings by a ski hill, in a gorgeous remote area with a nearby lake and creek/falls. The hotel is very nice, I would return without hesitation. Nice, big, comfortable room, nice beds (on the firm side) with great linen and comforters. Nice Onsen bath 🙌🏽. The dinner and breakfast buffets were of good quality, with many delicious Japanese options. Great value for money. The staff was super nice everywhere, from the doorman to the reception to the dining area staff. The lobby is very large and well appointed, modern and with large windows. So is the dining area.The hotel had many guests but it never felt crowded, it was not peak season though. The hotel offered several activities and free passes to the nearby chair lift to reach the top of the hill.

“Comfortable and Relaxed”

The buffet dinner and breakfast are yummy, the onsen is clean but the water is pretty hot, the staff’s service is very good and there are lots of activities eg badminton, table tennis, soccer.

Half board was pleasant, sufficient choice of dishes. Friendly staff, a little worse English, but we managed to communicate. The onsen was nice.

The whole experience staying for 2 nights up in the mountain and it was snowing in april. Staff were most willing to assist and make things work. Clean and comfortable environment throughout the hotel.

the breakfast is very nice, so does the dinner! there are many many kind of foods for our selection. The outdoor spa can easy your body and make you feel relax! Not mentioned the ski in and ski out directly to the hotel is really very convenient!

Such a beautiful experience to remember and recall. We had an amazing stay! The white Christmas wish was granted. There was so much to do at the hotel after whole day of Ski fun! Shuttle- Free pickup from Inawashiro Stn (should be reserved in advance esp ski season) Staff- beyond amazing, every area! Facilities/Experience - 5 star Onsen (indoor/outdoor) , Sauna, Pool, Marshmallow nights, Table Tennis, Mini Library, Huge Lounge , Massage Chairs, laundry, dryer, free coffee (lobby) and ice cream Ski Lessons/Rental- hotel ground floor, value for money for lessons and gear rentals, amazing Teacher and staff Ski Resort - beside the hotel, can ski in/out or request for free drop off/pickup, had Beginners to Advance terrains, Ski Sightseeing Gondola, Beautiful powder Snow Experience with kids area Buffet- worth the price and inclusion, it was a lovely treat and great hospitality Our room has a balcony - dreamy experience sleeping and waking up with a view of the snow. So serene and beautiful. This resort is more known to locals, 90% of their guests during our stay were locals which felt sense of belongingness and embrace the full Japan experience.

Close to the ski resort, it was very convenient for renting equipment and enjoying winter activities. The breakfast was okay but good enough to provide energy for skiing.

“Quiet, well sized and comfortable family retreat in the mountains”

Large family twin suite compared to other Japanese accommodation with two king single beds and two sofa beds, perfectly suited our family of 4. Fast wifi, Kids enjoyed the pool and the onsen. Beds were very comfortable. Nice views out of the balcony and windows and finally some decent blinds that block out the morning summer sun if you like a sleep in.

It is very enjoyable staying in this resort, it is so wonderfully beautiful and peaceful in and around the resort. The staffs are very polite and warm. 太赞了！

“A lovely getaway in nature”

The staff were great and we enjoyed the real fire and free coffee in the main entrance. It would have been great to make use of the cable car voucher (we didn't because of bad weather) but it was a nice touch all the same. We enjoyed the evening meal as well as the breakfast s part of our package.
