“A warm and wonderful stay”
We had an amazing stay! The owners were so kind and gave us great tips about the hikes in the surrounding. The breakfast was a joy every morning. Great beds and a nice hot bath is waiting for you here after your hike up the beautiful Bandai-Asahi mountains.

“A lovely place to stay, rest and play in Urabandai”
Gori-san and Noriko-san were great hosts. The meals were awesome. The entire house was lovingly decorated with style and love. We stayed there and used it as a base for the Goshikinuma hike. Highly recommended!

“A relaxing stay close to the nature”
The hotel is a very cosy, clean and charming place with lots of characters. The host, Mr Gorilla-San, and his wife made us feel very welcome. He is a great chef himself, and we enjoyed the tasty 5-course dinner very much. The breakfast served in the morning was equally good in presentation and taste. The hotel is well placed for hikers and skiers to explore the nearby mountains and ski resorts. Would love to stay there again in the near future.

“Unique and enjoyable place to stay”
Unique and lovely place to stay. Owners were so kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are so glad we stayed there instead of hotel for the last night of our trip. Such a lovely and enjoyable experience!

Everything but first of all the incredible kindness of the owners. They really deserve the compliments written by their guests. The place is also cozy and the food delicious (even with a vegetarian option for our daughter).

“Excellent country home stay”
The owner, Suzuki-san and his wife were very kind and friendly. We arrive at their hotel late and did not reserve dinner. Sadly all the restaurants in the area were closed. Suzuki-san was so kind he gave me and my family each a small dinner of rice with meat and veg to eat, free of charge. He and his wife prepared a very delicious and healthy breakfast for all of us in the morning. His hotel is like a beautiful country home. Very quiet and relaxing.
