Why 10/10 1. Brand new hotel 2. Excellent welcome drink and reception staff 3. Exceptionally clean room 4. Top notch breakfast 5. Great location -5-7 mins from many Izakaya and restaurants including the famous Toriton conveyor belt sushi 6. Organic bathing salt and night tea and many other benefits . 7. Organic shampoo / moisturising lotion . 8. 5 mins from hospital and all other amenities 9. Hotel parking available for 600 JPY full day , which is amazing 10. 24/7 coffee / cocktails / mock tails / alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and herbal tea 11. Very quiet rooms 12. Bathing tub in room to put organic salt and take bath and relax

“Good inexpensive place to sleep”
Very easy to find a good range of restaurants. For inexpensive stay it had everything you needed. Very nice breakfast and staff were lovely

“Clean and ideal bed size for small family”
Nice and friendly staff help with check in process. Welcome drink from 6-9pm. Clean room, spacious bed for small family (couple + 1 child).

“Best small hotel in Kitami”
Small hotel but so complete. Reception staff is super friendly and always give over the top service. What Im surprise is they try to write in Malaysian language. Parking also super convinient
