Great location in the centre of Kitami old town. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Small clean basic room but to be expected for budget hotel. Don't assume you'll have space to keep your suitcases laid open! Comfy bed, my other half needed an extra pillow which reception kindly supplied. Fridge in room and easy to control a/c. Super stopover hotel. Didn't stop for breakfast tho. Free easy parking.
