“Best breakfast 😍”
Lovely staff at reception. Fantastic Japanese buffett breakfast, I mean like 9/10. Close proximity to shopping district which happens to be Kokura Station 😍 about 8mins walk from hotel. Places of interests are close by. Parking is within the building itself and there's discount for guests! Very grand looking lobby - love the classy look.

Very beautiful hotel within walking distance of Kokura station. Car rental just around the corner and lots of shops. The room was a good size. And very comfortable. Staff were amazing

“Staff are understanding and accommodating”
The staff provided the only room they had that had a separate bath and shower because I am disabled. I appreciated their efforts to accommodate. The hotel only had one available larger room with separate shower so provided it at no extra charge. Great view of Kokura , the station and port area.
