“The check-in machine is not easy to use.”
The check-in procedure is speechless 🫠. First, I went to the receptionist to check-in, the staff asked me to fill in the form and give her all the passports to keep record. After a few minutes, I thought I would be given the room key, but instead she asked us to use the machine to get the room key. Besides, the machine is not user-friendly which made everything like a mess.

“Great location and value.”
A business style hotel. It was right beside Kokura station, which meant not having to roll our suitcases around much. The hotel was also near many shops and was a great base for exploring the city. We took an afternoon trip to Mojiko from kokura station which was right near by. For the price, it's an amazing base to explore Kyushu from.

“Pleasant and comfortable”
Efficient service and clean rooms, good housekeeping. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Good size shower and ensuite. Good laundry facilities. Close to shops and restaurants.
