“We had an excellent and comfortable stay in the property during our 6-day stay.”
The location was excellent. It was very close to the ferry and railway stations. A grocery store was nearby where almost everything was available. We enjoyed the scenic beauty around the place. The place itself was very quiet for relaxing.

Comfortable space (Japanese standard) to accommodate four adults. Has everything needed. There is washing machine and dryer provided at the lobby which is free for use.

Everything to very good except: confusing online- check-in .It took us more than 1 hour to success the procedure ( and even Japan origened guests didn't understand and the Hotline- personal was hectically, speeking badly understandable and broke the line without feedback, if you did understand or not. So, 3 points reduction for a except of that fairly good hotel! Booking.com should take care, that online- check-in really works!!!

I spent some time for finding this place, but can locate it finally. It’s within walking distance for finding something to eat nearby. The apartment is good. Pre-registration helps to shorten the waiting time at lobby.

Reception staff was very helpful and kind - she assisted us with our luggage up to 3rd level. Walked short distance out of hotel to direct us to where we wanted to go. Excellent service. No frills check-out - very convenient.
