“Very Comfortable and convenient”
Clean rooms. The male staff at check in was great very friendly very helpful. I forgot his name but he is from Nepal. All other staff were very respectful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable despite the language barrier. Breakfast was awesome👏👏👏

Very clean rooms and smooth check in/out. Breakfast was more than sufficient. The rooms are small but cosy and have everything you could possibly need. Location was very convenient. Would stay here again and recommend it highly.

“Great hotel to stay that’s near JR within 7 minutes walk& lotsa convenient stores around.”
Free breakfast with wide spread was unexpected but the eggs scrambled could be better. Hotel also provides free flow of ice drinks like lemon or peach & coffee!

Spacious rooms, very good location really close to the train station. There is a smoking area behind the hotel. Extremely clean, great service and the breakfast was good, too.

“Great business hotel for a quick stop.”
Comfort Hotel Kokura is a great business hotel. Although the room was a little bit small, it has everything needed. Bed was comfortable. We have a goodnight sleep. Nonetheless, breakfast was full of options and very delicious.

Everything was as described—it’s a typical business hotel with a convenient location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast options. My arrival was delayed by two days due to weather conditions, but changing the check-in dates without any additional costs was not a problem. I had very good contact with the property.
