“Excellent hotel to stay without any hassle.”
The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite. The hotel is situated very close to the Kokura Station. very convenient place to catch the bullet train Shinkansen.

“Comfortable stay in Kita-kyushu”
Location was excellent. There are parking lots and convenience stores nearby. The check-in process was quick. The hotel toiletries were good. There was a desk in the room.

“Awesome”
The hotel was nice and close to the station but quiet . I loved the little old world shopping streets . The river is exceptional to walk by and enjoy at night when the lights sparkle and the fish are jumping. The castle is so beautiful at night . Gorgeous town .

“Most impressive”
I really love the location it's really near the Kokura station and it's not hard too find. You can walk to the department store around that area and also have supermarket. I think it's very convenient. The rooms may be a bit on the small side but because I was staying alone, there was no problem. Safety, cleanliness, and various amenities. There's more than I can use up. If I have a chance to come back to Kokura again. I will definitely come to use the service again.
