“Horrible”
At the time of reservation, my understanding was the check-in was available between 3and 11pm. The apartment owner sent me a message in the last minute that it was not a self check-in. I had no cell phone serves on the boat trip and I became seasick, vomiting uncontrollably. I had to go to the Gastrointestinal doctor in Sapporo.

Having our own space / place that was very homely and comfortable. We stayed on two occasions during this current trip. Host has been of excellent help.

“Sapporo base, to explore the area”
Welcoming and helpful host met us in arrival on a very snowy afternoon. The apartment had all we needed and was very cosy! We enjoyed being able to self cater (as our trip is fairly long, this is important) and easily access the sights and supermarkets.
