“Simply Excellent”
The kind of hospitality from the staff on duty was exceptionally welcoming. I take great exception to Magdalin and Faith, their welcoming spirit is what one would want to have while on vacation. Again the place quiet, clean and serene atmosphere... The food was also good while all other facilities were factional. I would recommend VIP Lounge for anyone seeking for a nice place for vacation. VIP Lounge Kisumu keep up the good work!

“Unfortunately a disappointment for me and my friends”
I had booked three rooms. One dubble room looked okay and was the kind of room that I had booked. The other two though did not live up to the standards. They were outside the hotel in a kind of bunker with shared shower and toilet. We complained but no other rooms were available so we cancelled and left. The staff was very nice and understanding.
