“Underwhelming, very underwhelming”
It was certainly a huge improvement from the last time I was there. The breakfast is one of the better ones I have had in Kisumu. The staff especially the breakfast service were fantastic as well the door staff.

“Ok for a clean bed , a little overpriced for what it offers.”
After a long road trip from Nakuru we stopped overnight in kisumu , we decided Sarova because we were delighted with the stay in Sarova Nakuru. However the experience was different , city and mainly used by businesses. The room was clean , and had a pleasant night stay.

Our stay at Sarova Imperial was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and provided help whenever we needed it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. The rooftop restaurant was also a lovely highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend!

“All the staff were very polite, helpful and pleasant, making our stay very comfortable.”
Being the central location, the hotel is convenient for other amenities. Unfortunately, there was an inactive construction site on one side. Overall it was good.
