“Gem in the Riat hills”
Prime Nomads is in a quiet area of Kisumu, up in the hills. The apartment was cosy and exceptionally clean. I was there for a week for a seminar and every evening it was delightful to come back to a clean apartment with clean linen. Charles and his staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming. Make sure you try out the pool!

The location was serene and natural, literally my family and I enjoyed our stay here,hoping to visiting again in near future.just wish I could get to see to see the sunrise but still enjoyed listening to the birds chirping in the early morning. Thank you for checking in with us every morning and housekeeping was great, felt at home away from home.

“Lovely place. Good value. But a little bit remote and hard to get to.”
The property is excellent in a beautiful location with pretty well tended gardens. It has a very nice swimming pool and poolside area. There is still some development work ongoing but when it is finished I’m sure it will be excellent. Esther, the on site host, was very attentive.

“Great great great hospitality!!”
We had a wonderful stay just outside Kisumu. Quiet, but still close to town. The hotel is partly still built, but we didn't see or hear any constructing. The pool is magnificent and the staff is the best you could wish for. Breakfast is a delight. We really felt like a couple of days relaxing holiday here. The hotel is surrounded by a solid wall and has 24 hour security on duty. The road to the hotel is still quite bumpy, but 2WDs and taxis go there without a problem. The room was spacious, clean and pleasant. Excellent bed and shower.

The location is great. It is a bit away from the main road but doable. Very quiet. Very private. Exceptional service provided by Charles. And the pool, very clean, very private. Restaurant nearby delivers. But small kitchen available. Overall, highly recommended!

“Amazing!!”
The host was nothing short of amazing, I coordinated everything from Nairobi and my colleagues were able to get exceptional service from him. He was on top with communication as well as taking care of them as it partains to settling in and sorted them with where to get meals as they had arrived quite late from Nairobi. I would highly recommend the place and will for sure be back to experience personally, the photos for sure gave me FOMO 😊😊
