“Nice spacious apartment close to the coast”
Partial sea view. Location ok. Two bathrooms. Straightforward check in and out with key lock. Nice for family. The lady was responsive to questions.

“Great apartment, terrible neighbours”
The apartment is lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. There are bars and eateries within walking distance. We had good information before we arrived and found everything we needed

“good value for the price, comfortable for family”
Overally, the apartment is definately a 'good value for the price' choise for a one week vacation next to Paphos, either for enjoying the seaside or discovering the western part of the island. Pros: - clean apartment - spacious rooms - easy rules and detailed infos sent by the owner / operator before arrival - partial view to the sea from the balcony - well equipped kitchen - two bathrooms/toilets - dedicated car parking place for the apartment - elevator (for transporting the suitcases; since the apartment is in the 1st floor, the stairs are quicker) - heating air condition in nights of January is very useful - hot water access is quick - no extra charges (electricity surecharge, tourist fee, cleaning fee, etc.)

“Nice place between”
Big, modern apartment. Place is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice terrace with the seaview where you can watch sunset and sunrise. Half an hour drive from Paphos airport. Minutes drive to Coral bay. Place has its own parking spot covered from the sun. Small communal pool for residents is nice. Clear instructions.

The flat was excellent really clean and perfect for a short holiday with friends. Instead of a bottle with wine it would have been preferable to have some water especially with the summers in cyprus but overall we were very satisfied and would happily book again.
