“We did not feel safe”

We had roaches and the front door was broken and there was never an employee available and no one ever picked up the phone and people where hanging around are room at night did not feel safe thank God it was just one night

“Clean Place. Good stay for the Money.”

They don't have breakfast. But a Waffle house right next door. Neiber Hood is a Quiet and central location to a grocery store and a Pharmacy . Clean facility and outside and parking lot. There is also a Foot truck on the Property with great foot.

Some cockroaches, AC was beeping all day and night. Not enough amenities and towels.

Decent location, not too far from the parks and walking distance to great restaurants and Kissimmee old town. Loved the pool area, although unfortunately couldn't use it for the first few days as the pool was too hot. The room had a good wee fridge freezer and combi-microwave and the massive bed was comfy although needed more than 1 very slim pillow each.

To be honest, when we got there me and my wife stayed for 18 days and they didn't even give us toilet paper after it was finished they didn't give us new replacement towels no coffee machine. Plus the keys was keep going off there was smell of weed around the area 😒 not happy

Coming from Australia & booking accommodation is always nerve wracking. Safety was my #1 concern however I needn't have worried. From the first night being delayed by the airline, Stayable Kissimmee West was very on top of their communication with me regarding a possible very late check in. They staff were kind & helpful, the room was spotless & any issue I had was addressed right away. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, not to mention 50 food trucks right next door & public transport a 5 min walk away. I highly rate Stayable Kissimmee West & would happily stay there again 🙂

Clean and spacious

During the 7 days of my stay at the hotel, I have never had a room cleaned!! For room cleaning, you must pay separately! This is the first time this has happened. I have reserved the room through the Booking application. But when I came to the reception, they told me: there are no such rooms and you need to pay $ 36 extra. It is not allowed to use garbage containers on the territory of the hotel (to throw garbage out of the room), for this a fine of $ 100. You need to take the garbage to a large dumpster at the end of the hotel. 2 days after I checked out and the deposit was not refunded until then. I'm sure you can find a better alternative to this hotel.

“Family friendly stay in Stayable Suites, West”

The location is great considering the price and accessible to almost everywhere. Very suitable for long term stay. Some amenities like the ooperating washing machine and dryer was not sufficient in numbers. Apart from this a designated place for smoking in the corners could make it more family friendly... I could have given full marks if the microoven could be cleaned. Noone came to clean though we inform the authority during our check in. Allert for Management: I noticed a roach on the bathroom floor during our stay. Considering the number of guests staying in the building the management should seek pest controll's help before the building gets infested.
