“Excellent location for Disney and relaxing”

Fantastic place to stay for seeing Disney and other parts of central Florida. Great facilities in the property for those quiet relaxing days too. We absolutely loved everything about this house.

The villa was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were also very spacious with plenty of room for clothes and belongings. The kitchen was well equipped. The garage used as a games room was great - although we didn't get much chance to utilise it. It is situated a short drive from all the parks. Short notice to extend our check out due to flight delay was accommodated quickly and without fuss - this would obviously depend on further bookings. We would love to return here when we return to Orlando!

The property is very impressive. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that everyone had their own privacy . The swimming pool , jacuzzi and games room were fabulous. Everything you needed to start your holiday was there , even beach towels !

Great location. Quiet but close to great amenities on US192 and the Disney parks. Comfortable beds and well appointed throughout. Lovely pool area.

“Excellent villa!”

The villa was very well presented, perfectly clean and the location was excellent. Easy to get to major routes, shops, Disney & Universal parks. Depending on traffic, you could get to some Disney parks within 12 Minutes. Instructions before arrival and also a folder in the villa was very helpful with good info.

Size of the property is much bigger than the photos give it credit for. Very comfy. Games room was a great bonus, kids didn't touch gaming consoles/streaming services once in 2 weeks. Instructions that were sent ahead of our stay were very clear and helpful (tips on take-outs, local restaurants etc.)

This villa is lovely, just what we were hoping for, it has everything you need and more, beds comfy, plenty of towels, great kitchen and living area, super quiet and plenty of space, felt very safe our entire time as local area very secluded, would definitely go again
