Booking. Com is false advertising the property. It is absolutely disgusting. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. Believe me it's nothing like this. All the pool furniture is broken. It smells disgusting inside. The settees are all broken and filthy. Stains on the mattress. We left straight away. Now booking. Com won't give me a refund I've been trying since the day I left the villa to sort this out and they are just giving me the runaround. The property is rented out by Orlando rentals please do not use this company they are criminals and liars. I've been treated so badly by booking. Com and Orlando rentals. Please please don't book with them it will ruin your holiday and you will not get any money back.

“Absolute comfortable and luxurious home in a quiet area with spa”
The house was nice, clean and had a nice layout with large open spaces. The beds were fantastic and large. The kitchen was very well equipped and it had modern large screen televisions with smart options. It had a pool with a spa which is very relaxing. The home is in a quiet residential area and offers enough privacy. Before arriving we had very good and fast communications through both booking.com as through email with Private Pool Homes and they were a great help in searching for the perfect holiday home for us!

The location was brilliant being close to restaurants and supermarkets. The drive to Disney was 45 minutes (mainly due to traffice) but a perfect location if you want to do Disney and Tampa.

I do not recommend this place, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Everything was dirty, it seems like that house is never cleaned.
