It was super clean, facilities for young children were outstanding although we were an older group we loved the pool. The fact you had clean towels the water machine it was just lovely.

Great value spot! Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, amazing playground and great pool. We loved the inspiring messages all over. Kids thought it was super fun.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! I paid extra for a garden-facing room specifically for a BOY, and I received a Barbie-themed room for GIRLS at the back of the hotel. Furthermore, I paid $100 in cash for a security deposit that the hotel promised to return, and they never returned it. If you going to stay there, be careful with the “security deposit” it’s a way to keep your money without any explication about it!

The hotel is small but beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made the difference was the staff – absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always ready to help. They really make you feel at home. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

The location is excellent, and is ideal for families with children, especially because it is a non-smoking hotel, which makes the environment very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a big plus that they speak both English and Spanish. Highly recommended.

Hotel charged me the resort fee in my credit card, even though I had already paid through booking.com. They issued a refund, but since it was an international transaction, there are fees associated with the transaction that Brazilian banks are not legally required to refund even when the original transaction is canceled. I paid for the hotel's mistake.
