“The unit was very basic and did not have any home comforts.”
After a very difficult situation with a different property, we chose Berkley Lake. Brandon was helpful and allowed us early access to the property.

Decent, ok-ish option if doing a late booking, good location and neighborhood, air conditioning. Can pay with card.

“Dirty upon arrival, AC didn’t work/was locked, not enough towels, unresponsive host—the worst stay.”
AWFUL, the AC didn’t work, didn’t have access to the facilities because I was never given the circle fob they said I would, it was dirty when we got there like no one had gotten the place ready, and there weren’t enough towels for 5 people even though we specified our group amount. Also only one toilet paper per bathroom, 1-ply, with NO BACKUPS. Worst stay, unresponsive host, DO NOT STAY HERE, save yourself the trouble.

It was disappointing.. the maintenance was zero whatever thing we touched it was already out of order.. it wasn't comfortable and the utensils were of steel which wasn't even cleaned properly.. As a vacation home it must be fully equipped to meet the expectations and it was charged heavenly but wasn't upto the par!

Bleeping in the fire control cupboard. Went in for 3 days. Lack of cleaning materials. Tired property needs new carpet.

Blinds in the master bedroom and in the living area downstairs were missing. It was uncomfortable being in those areas with no curtains. I'm pretty sure the condition existed before!

“All in all it was a great house to stay at and exceptionally clean.”
The place was very clean and smelled really clean as well. How spacious it is . The quiet community and the pool was great !

So close to walmart can run get anything place was so quiet so comfortable so safe awesome host he was excellent
