“The best experience we had in Lappland”

The Cabin is genius and better than any Glass Igloos. No one can see inside but when you lay in Bed you get a perfect view of the night sky and the Auroras! The hosts; Cecillia and Micke, are very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them! There were two reindeer’s next to the cabin and we got to feed them. so far it was our best experience we had in Lappland! We will definitely come back! ❤️

Very nice cabins, right on the lake. Excellently equipped and if you get the No. 1 you also get an excellent sunrise after the northern lights 🙂 The sanitary facilities are super well maintained and there is a very familiar atmosphere with the very friendly hosts. I would come back anytime 🤩

Great place and lovely owners! Of course, you have to figure out how to get there if you don't have your own car, but the owners Cecilia and Mikael are absolutely wonderful people and will help you if you suddenly need! Suggest, show, help. Brilliant!

“Magical stay with amazing view at the northern lights ❄️”

What an amazing stay! We came here by accident as the weather on the north cape was bad and we just drived to Lapland instead and ended up here. There are lots of things to do around and we had the best Lappland experience of our trip here. Northern lights, reindeers, the lake right in front, the ice hotel very close by. I highly recommend to stay here! It was magical! We even extended our stay here.

The location is perfect! The cabin is right next to the river in a very quiet area. If you're lucky, you can even watch the northern lights from your bed! The bed is comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom are very clean. You'll find everything you need. Cecilia, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back :)

“Watching Northern Lights from you warm and cosy bed is unbeatable!”

Wonderfully cosy little cabin with genuine and friendly hosts, kids and dogs. Fantastic views even without Aurora. But WITH Aurora: WOW! Lying on the bed, back raised, warm and cosy, watching the starlight through the big windows and getting to see magnificent Aurora, lasting unusually long. If you wonder about the lit-up sky a bit on your right, we believe it's Esrange, the Swedish launch site for space exploration. (a side note, lunch at ICEHOTEL was great, and good value for money. Calmer at the back than in the front) In winter you could easily walk across the frozen Torne River to Jukkasjärvi and the Ice Hotel. Less than 2 kilometers across the ice. A 10-15 minute drive. Ask the hosts first about the safety of the ice, of course. Many thanks for two great nights by the (frozen) riverside.

“Once in a lifetime place to stay!”

The cabin was so well thought out, cosy and perfect for northern light watching! The high up electric bed was fab and super comfy. Cecilia came to greet us and was lovely and welcoming, she has two very happy dogs too! I would recommend this place to anyone, it was excellent value for money and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

“An astonishing and wonderful place front the lake”

Mikael, Cecilia, Chiara and BRUNO are awesome. They have created an incredible place with a lot of magic surrounding. The views on the lake from the bed are priceless and feeling the nature so close just makes somebody disconnect easily from the world and feel as if you are in wonderland. Congratulations to the hosts, couldn't imagine anything better

“Amazing view”

Amazing cabin with a stunning view.

Superb cabin with a superb view near the frozen lake! Small cabin but it had everything that we needed. You can change the position of the beds with a remote, in order to see better the lake or the aurora, very cool! Very good location in the wilderness! Would definitely recommend to others, really lovely cabin!!!

Great place, great view, great host

Location is excellent. We saw northern lights on both the nights we were there, right from the cabin. Host kindly allowed us to use the facilities in the another big accommodation they have, as it was vacant, it made our overall experience so much better. we are thankful to the host for that Cabin is cozy and lovely inside.

“Nice place to see the lights but poor value for money (toilet is a portaloo with no running water)”

The cabin with the bed was warm and comfortable. Half the roof is made of glass so we were able to see the stars/Northern Lights. The host was helpful and helped us spot the Northern Lights, and she also prepared the Sauna for us to enjoy, and went to the shops to bring us soap to wash with in the bucket shower.

“DON'T GO!!!! IF IT SNOW YOU WON'T REACH THE PLACE.”

Nobody is cleaning the road from the snow and you will have problem to reach and leave the place. The navigation system send you in a road with a dead end but the owner is not going to give you any info about that, neither they replyed to the messages.  But they don't have to do that... the reservation is prepayed and of course they are not giving you a refund in any case.

“Great quiet getaway”

The cabin was cosy, warm and well set up. The window above gave us an amazing view of the sky and the frozen lake. Cecilia, who runs it, was friendly and thoughtful and was there for anything we needed or questions we had.
