“Had a wonderful stay at this hotel”

We had a great vacation at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the cleanliness was top-notch. It's fantastic that they have a sauna and a gym on-site (note: the gym is more of an old-school weightlifting area, geared towards bodybuilders). The breakfasts were tasty with plenty of choices. I was here with my two kids, and the welcome gifts for them were a lovely touch. Strongly recommend!

Great breakfast and staff

The hotel has super nice staff, good breakfast and good restaurants, and great sauna. It is conveniently close to the train station. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but the bed was larger :) All in all, I recommend for a stay in Kiruna!

Very friendly hotel. Nice pub/restaurant on-site. Had lots of facilities. Easy access by car.

The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was really nice. A lot of different types of food. The staff was nice. Especially the girl that was working on reception. She was positive, charming, and very helpful. She is amazing 10+.

I had an amazing view of the sunset from my window, and the receptionist Michaela was super nice and helpful when I asked for assistance on many things.

“Nice stay, shower not as nice”

The hotel is very nice, with a restaurant/pub, and next to Arctic Thai restaurant, which makes it perfect if you don't want to go outside for lunch or dinner. My room was not big but it was ok (apart from the shower) The hotel is located not far from the city center. However, with frozen sidewalks, it is impossible to reach it with a walk, and since buses are not frequent, you tend to be a little 'isolated' if you don't have a car

Breakfast is great, wide variety, fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable although the heating was not warm enough. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom very clean. The spa looked cleaned and comfortable with clean towels. We used the sauna, which was great. The spa was super friendly. The hotel had snow mattresses and sleds to borrow :)

Nice location (20 min walk from train station), not in the ”center” but there are buses nearby. The pub was very nice, and the thai restaurant next door as well. There was a billiard table that we didn’t get to try but it’s a cool bonus. Sauna and pool were okay. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Overall good experience

All the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is average. It’s very close to the OK Parken bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the hotel. For the activity we booked through GetYourGuide, we were picked up right outside the hotel at night.

Good staff; comfy beds, great breakfast, sauna, pool. Fold up bunk beds worked well for the kids.
