The rooms are very spacious and clean, with hot water 24/7.. What stands the most above of of it is the service provided by the host family. They truly make you feel like you are at home, and you get to know a lot about the local culture as well. A bonus is the excellent food they provide too. Highly recommend it :)

Really comfortable and clean room. Warm and cosy. It felt luxurious and everything was good quality. Nice warm shower and comfortable bed. Food was tasty. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Liked the location, close to Kathmandu and great views of the mountains from the rooms. It felt like all details had been thought about, plug sockets by the bed, slippers, bottled water in rooms, etc

“Great homestay!”

I stayed at this homestay for 6 nights prior to going trekking - and what a great find! Bella and Babu were perfect hosts. They are extremely welcoming and made me feel at home straight away. The house is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and the home-cooked food was fantastic! The homestay is in a great location for exploring Kirtipur and the surrounding hills. Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Nepali experience and to escape the noise of the city. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Kathmandu!

A brilliant stay. Beautiful host Bella and Babu made our stay beyond what we expected. They catered for our needs and provided exceptional solutions to our requests. I thoroughly recomend this home stay. Get Bella to teach you how to cook Nepalese food. Do some of the local walks with Babu - he knows everyone and will get you to places others could not!

“Wonderfull homestay in Kirtipur”

A wonderfull week with Babu and Bella. Walking in Kirtipur, temples, Bhairat and others, Chovar view point village and temple with thé plates, and gorges,... A nice tour with Babu to Dakshinkali and different Buddhist Monastères and also Bungamati. Staying at Babu and Bella's house was very cool and quiet, in the country side. Their meals are wonderfull, testy and healthy, with organic végétales, always. Nice talking with their son Ayush also. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

It felt like being home. Babu, Bella and their son Aayush were so welcoming, heart full and supportive. They cook amazingly tasting food every day freshly. Behind the house is a small garden. You can sit on the terrace and chill or do yoga. If you need any recommendations for places to visit, they will tell you the best ones.

“Staying at a very friendly and warm family in a nice accomodation”

The kindness of whole family is very impressive and made me a wonderful stay. They take very good care of the guests, as if these would belong to the family. The food - you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner - is plentiful, varied and tasteful. Much of it comes from the own big garden. The family takes much care to keep rooms and whole accomodation very clean. Homestay Nepal lies outside of the town of Kirtipur, so there are not the problems with noise, fields are around and in the near you can walk up a hill with beautiful view over Kirtipur and Kathmandu and - if one has clear view - the Himalaya range.
