Overview
Offering an outdoor pool and garden, Broadlands Country House is located in Kirkwood in the heart of the Sundays River Valley. Rooms at this restored farmhouse will provide you with a patio, a seating area and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. You can enjoy a pool view from all the rooms. Extras include a safety deposit box. Breakfast is provided every morning. Dinner is available by prior arrangement at a surcharge. A barbecue area with a deck and honesty bar is also available for guests. Ironing and laundry services are available. Activities such as fishing and canoeing on the lake alongside the farmhouse can be arranged. The Addo Elephant National Park is about 57 km away and the Kirkwood Golf Club is a 10-minutes’ drive from the property. Free parking is available at Broadlands.

“Luxurious Farmhouse country stay”
The property is beautiful and the rooms stunningly appointed with all facilities needed and plenty of personal touches. One's every need and wish has been thought of. The bed was luxurious and comfortable and the home had everything needed. The view onto the little dam and countryside was lovely. Very peaceful.

“Idyllic location and total comfort”
What a beautiful location. We were welcomed and shown to Lily Cottage - an upgrade from the room in the main lodge. Peacefully set on the irrigation dam - we watched the sun setting with reflections of the immaculate garden and trees across the dam. Bed was comfy, breakfast was perfect ... we only wish we had booked for 2 nights.
