“Comfy, great value for money”

The room and bathroom were clean, everything was great for a comfortable stay. - The bed was comfortable - The thermostat worked great for heating the room during pretty cold outside temperatures (around freezing) - The shower water pressure and temperature were reliable for me (once I figured out how to open it, it's a funny system) - There was always a parking spot available (usually arrived early in the evening at the accommodation though) - They offer complimentary breakfast, which is the same every morning, not the most impressive thing but you'll probably find something to eat. - The location is pretty good, connected to the freeway, and there is a Chick-fil-A and some shops nearby. I didn't have troubles with noise at night. - They even cleaned the room earlier than I was expecting. (They say they clean after every 3rd night, but cleaned after 2nd. I understand you can also request more frequent cleaning if you really want.) Overall, I had a great stay and consider this is great value for money.

Breakfast was fine but there was not enough seating.

It was adequate. Coffee was awful in room. Good variety at breakfast. Desk personnel was perfunctory and minimally helpful with questions. They told me verbally I would not have to pay for second night if I had to cancel so I did so. The next day another clerk said I needed to take it up with Booking.com. Conflicting info. Disappointed there was no elevator. I had to carry two heavy bags up and down by myself and I’m a small 72 yo woman. Also ants in bathroom.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, it was neither appealing nor tasty.

Room wasn't clean and strong smell of some sort of cleaner product. I kept the window open, but did't help. Hot water was not working in the shower.

Breakfast was OK, everything was OK nothing spectacular but nothing really bad.

Clean building overall. Clean room and like the layout. Functions of everything in the room good. Comfortable. Great front desk employees to meet my needs if I need anything. Friendly!
