Well maintained and thought through little property. Very clean. Great underfloor heating in the bathroom. Restaurant in the evening was very good. Lovely view from the room. Staff were very good and friendly.

A wonderfully calm and comfortable hotel. Each room is a well-designed, spacious cabin with a patio facing a lake or another landscape feature. The staff is kind and caring. The breakfast buffet includes some extras, like various cheeses and ginger shots.

The breakfast is great. Very clean and warm. We saw the northern lights! The beds, pillows, and blankets are all very comfortable. An excellent place to rest after a long drive and a base for exploring the glacier.

It was very clean and a quiet location

The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and well equiped. There was adequate privacy along with a beautiful view of lake behind the accommodation. For those chasing Northern Lights, Magma Hotel is definitely an excellent choice. Minimal light pollution around the area. We had the most amazing Northern Light experience right at this very hotel. We did not even need to drive out to see the lights.
