Very minimalistic. Located in center of Kirkenes. We never met the staff, which was a bit weird. They answered on telephone and sms quiet quick though, so it wasn't a problem. There was a key waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. The room was clean and fine if all you need is a bed and a shower and not much else. And that was fine for us since we only stayed for one day. Good value for money compared to the more expensive possibilities in the town.

“Easy to get into and no breakfast”
Bed was amazingly soft, table was good for food with an outlet and the TV was amazingly placed, not that I needed the TV. Got help from the worker onsite with my baggage. The place was next to a taxi central - which was great!
