The private onsen were wonderful, all three of them. Dinner was included, and although not really italian, we enjoyed it a lot. Wonderful service. We even had free ice cream and free ramen. Breakfast buffet with great options.0

“A beautiful calm oasis in an otherwise hectic Japanese schedule!”

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are fabulous, the onsen is large and not at all crowded. There are appetisers and late night ramen free of charge. We recommend the Japanese evening banquet - almost like a taster menu in the uk, but for us fussy eaters, it was a chance to try Japanese food which we would not otherwise have ordered. It takes about 2 hours (and definitely no space for the ramen afterwards!) We stayed in a corner suite, which unexpectedly had two bedrooms - we weren’t sure from the details online. The fridge was full of drinks free of charge - just everything had been thought of. Getting to the hotel from the Kagoshima bullet train was easy, but to fully appreciate the area, we’d recommend hiring a car. We hired from Kagoshima airport as it was closer to the hotel, and the drive from there was easy.

Good size of room with great view of Sakurajima, great selection of breakfast, free ramen in the evening, lovely private onsen. There is also an onsen at the balcony, however it wasn’t very clean, we had to give it a clean before using it. Friendly and helpful staff, however you have to press the buzzer at the reception desk or you wait, even they can see you looking for help.

Big room

- Room was huge and the private outdoor onsen was amazing. - Though the breakfast was okay - lots of buffet options though - the set course dinner was fantastic! - No need to pre-reserve time in the private outdoor onsens (the non-in-room ones) - A decent base to explore the surrounding parks and mountains - complimentary drinks and ice pops - provides nice views of sakurajima and the surrounding hills and mountains - wish we had more than one night here

I loved everything about this hotel, from the relaxing onsen to the excellent buffet breakfast, and even the complimentary ramen served for supper, which was such a thoughtful touch. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day out. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Fantastic room, very spacious, had private onsen. Hotel gave out snacks and ramen, had it own store as well (closest konbini isn't t that far but you need a car to go there).

Nice view of sukurajima

Very comfy, breakfast was very good and the staff was really nice. Great location to go for hikes.

The private onsen are very nice and clean. Room size was big, the privat-pool on the balcony can be filled with hot thermal water, which is really enjoyable. Breakfast was a big buffet and tasty

Located in the heart of Kirishima City, this inn offers convenient access to nearby attractions. The dinner is beautifully presented and refined, while the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The onsen is fantastic, and there are four private bath rooms available for personal use. After a relaxing soak, guests can enjoy complimentary ice cream, and in the evening, there’s even free ramen. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

La Vista is just sensational. Huge rooms, great onsen and wonderful views of Sakurajima. We loved our stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, easy parking beside the hotel. Will stay here again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and we noticed there was also great facilities for those travelling with dogs (though we were not). The room was large, and the hot spring outdoor bath was nice (though not really big enough for 2 people to enjoy together).

“A piece of paradise”

I was not expecting such a beautiful room for the price we paid and with such peace and privacy including our own hot spring bath. We would have happily stayed a week to explore the Kirishima area and use the hot spring facilities at the hotel if we had the time. The views from the hotel were just breath taking and its website photos do not do it justice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Didn’t get the chance to use other facilities as only overnight stay but noted lots of little free treats such as noodles and icecream at different times of the day. Plenty of Free onsite parking.

Very nice & helpful reception staff, the young man at there was very patient and polite.

The room was big though we didn't need the extra bed. Enjoyed the private bath, which was easily available at the time when we were there. The free ramen was good.

The staff were great, the common Onsen's nice and the private balcony layout was a feature of the room with it's own Onsen tub. The pool area looked great with the steam from the hot spring in the back drop.
