Overview
The friendly Wellness Pension Hollaus offers a quiet and central location in the heart of Kirchberg, at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain with a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains. Here you will find typical Tyrolean hospitality, cosy rooms, and a hearty breakfast buffet, combined with countless leisure opportunities. The Gaisberg lift is only a 5-minute walk away from Wellness Pension Hollaus and is the starting point of many beautiful hikes. The surrounding Kitzbühel Alps are ideal for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain biking, as well as all kinds of winter sports. The in-house beauty and massage studio Harmonie is run by the owner herself. The beautiful sauna facilities include a Finnish and a bio sauna, a steam bath, a tepidarium, a relaxation area.

“Amazing family run hotel with exceptional service and great value for money!”
The hotel is run by a lovely family and located very close to the city centre. With a short drive or bus ride you get to different ski lifts like Fleck, Maierl or Pengelstein. There are plenty of onsite parking options and great facilities for skiers like a ski room, a seperate room with heaters for your boots and a sauna. I also can recommend the breakfast which offers a great variety of food! All in all very great value for the price!

“Unbeatable value in the middle of Kirchberg”
Fantastic value for money in the heart of Kirchberg. The breakfast choices were good, our room was comfortable, the balcony had a lovely view, and the location was only a couple of minutes' walk from the nearest bus stops, restaurants, and bars. It had everything we really needed for an excellent week skiing.

“Great place to stay”
Excellent location and in walking distance to the town, restaurants, bars, alpine walks etc. Good breakfast, great, helpful hosts and reasonably priced. Also provided secure parking for motorbikes . A great base to reach the likes of the Grossglockner, Timmekelsjich passes.and Hitlers Eagles Nest etc

“Super stay in Kirchberg”
Great location just few steps from the village. The staff is very helpful, breakfast great BUT the real icing on the cake was the wellness department. Can you imagine how great it is to have sauna after hours of skiing. Very. Not to mention the massage…

“Good room with beautiful view”
The room had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Everything in Kirchberg is within walking distance and the skilift is only stop per bus.
